if a dragon dies when its rider dies. and its not true caus brom didnt die when his dragon died so why would it be any different the other way around. and i will celebrate my 100th post by saying

ok this is how it works when a dragon dies its rider doesnt when a rider dies its dragon does it tells you in the book near the part when eragon finds out brom was a rider

ok i just have to point something out about this arguement first off if a rider died when its dragon died then why did Brom live so long afterwards

and look on pages 53-55 and page 274-275 i think youll find the answer to this arguement there

so now we can drop this subject

i never said a rider died when its dragon did. i said brom didnt die when the original saphira did die, so put it the other way around. if brom did die and saphira didnt, why would the outcome be any different when they share the same link.

ur right i screwed it up, but just think of the 3rd column as what happens to the survivor after the other dies and its kind of ok

alright, i don't wanna make anyone too mad but i agree with phoenix and sparky. Dragon dies --- rider lives on for some while longer. rider dies ---
dragon dies for sure. it said it a million times. i agree that it isn't fair, though. that is just how cp wrote it. brom said so when eragon was asking stuff about dragons and telling him about dragon names and stuff. i am sure it said other times too but i am 2 busy to look it up. i also think( i think ) that shruikan was binded to gal through dark magic, and the original rider was killed(i am pretty sure that oromis said that the rider was slain). but watever, it doesn't matter either way cause we just have to remember that even though we all argue all the time, we all have one thing in common. Eragon and Eldest Rock!!! i know, i am soooo annoyingly optimistic and happy but that is cuz i just got back from vacation.
